Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the return shipping address.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that delicate textiles and cushions are protected from moisture and transit damage.

  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at a local courier; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
